David had his first karate/self defense class with the kids last Wednesday. 
He taught them all a choke hold, and they got pretty good at it, pretty quickly.
Unfortunately, Jonathan now has new ways to torture his sisters.
Even Rosie got in on the lesson!

Very impressive. . . they look to have the technique down pretty well!
p.s. did Dave teach them how to defend against a choke hold?
Is Dave still teaching Karate to the kids? And I'm wondering what else you've been up to. I'm sure it's been hard, dealing with "morning" sickness and coordinating lessons all at the same time . . .
